Events & Festivals

There is something for everyone to see or do in Wood Buffalo. We have a number of annual events as well as parades, tournaments, theatre shows, kids programs and learning opportunities. Barely a summer weekend goes by without an event or a festival.

One of our hidden treasures is the rich mixture of local artists, actors, musicians and craftspeople whose work may be discovered at seasonal markets, festivals, trade fairs and theatres.

In Wood Buffalo, there is truly something for everyone.
